Micron Technologies

Micron needed an overhaul of their email templates in Marketo. I provided them with a customized modular email template, adding rounded corners, as well as full-width headers and footers.

The Micron Crucial team later became aware of the new template and requested their own Crucial branded version.

Additional features:

Stripe

Stripe needed a modular email template specifically for their SESSIONS events.

Not only did I provide a template per their brand and design specifications, I also incorporated features that allow further customizations natively within Marketo's email editor listed below.

Dandy

Dandy provided a custom, highly stylized newsletter design. I turned it into a set of responsive, editable modules. Fully tested for variable content.

Dandy came back later and requested a larger modular template for all of their other emails.

Bonterra

Not only did Bonterra request the full selection of modules, they also love using all of their brand colors. So I created a modular email template that covered all of the bases for their brand, saving them the work of modifying modules to adjust for different themes.

Scandit

Scandit really just needed the essentials. With all of customization options available on each module, this was plenty for them to create all of their email campaigns.

Scandit has used this template for over five years. With the only updates being dark mode optimization on images and improvements to accessibility.

Redis

Redis was having issues with their template. Rendering inconsistencies, spacing issues, dark mode issues, and they lacked important features for their modules. Redis chose me to re-vamp their template, while adding some additional modules as well.

Coralogix

Coralogix provided a custom design, I brought additional modules to the table to provide them with more variation down the line. I was able to combine the best of both worlds, by aligning my set of modules with the aesthetics of the provided design.

A new year, a new email design system

I wanted to re-vamp my offering for modular email templates, so I built an email design system in Figma.

The system allows me to quickly apply any brand across dozens of modules, and present the results very quickly.

All of the modules are designed specifically with email client compatibility in mind.

Key capabilities:

• Supports theming (dozens of modules x 4 variations).
• Desktop and mobile previews.
• Fonts, color palette, where each color is applied across different layers (backgrounds, headlines, copy, buttons etc). All of this is set in one place, and updates across all previews.
• It's a great resource for design or branding teams to review and quickly approve on a template project.
• With just a short list of brand details, a brand guide, or even just a link to your website, I can provide a sample of your email framework in 1-3 days.

Live Brand Config (in development)

I wanted a way to improve my customer's experience when planning a new email template project.

My aim is to provide an experience that is collaborative, painless, and quick. It needs to be able to fit into a 15-minute meeting if needed.

Here's my current progress:
